Contractually it was a design and build, which made it resource light for the University, with Maris providing all the professional services, design services, architectural, mechanical and electrical. In addition, provided a full furniture design, sourcing and installation service. They gave me the support I needed to be able to create a positive momentum within the University, from the student body through to the Governing Body.

The scale of the brief was immense but we stuck to budget, stuck to our planning and build schedule and had a lot of fun in the process.
